Dr. Hatem Al-Banna has a long experience in banking and financial investments. He started his career at the Arab Investment Bank, before moving to the field of financial investments and capital markets, where he headed the research department in a number of securities companies and portfolio management companies. Then he worked as a financial advisor to a number of institutions such as Faisal Investment Company and Misr El-Kheir Foundation. He also held the position of Adviser to the
Chairman of the Financial Supervision Authority for Strategic Planning Affairs. He is currently holding several positions as he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Elite Financial Consulting, and he is also an Assistant Professor, Department of Finance, Faculty of Management Sciences, MSA University.

Mr. Negme is the founder of Zaldi Group of Companies and is currently the Group CEO. He is also the Director of Investment at Zaldi Investments. Mr Negme held many executive positions in the fields of investments in securities and he headed the trading department in many securities companies. He also headed the marketing and business development department in several portfolio management companies, including Acumen Portfolio Management Company.He also worked in several advisory positions in investment affairs, where he held the position of investment advisor to the Egypt Italia Holding Group and a member of the Board of Directors of the Pyramids Real Estate Fund.
